Immediately following the January 6th insurrection on the United States Capitol, Washington, D.C. had fourteen days to militarize and prepare for the inauguration of President Joe Biden and a potential second wave of attacks.

There are eight days left until the inauguration of President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris.
